How FashionBazar handles the details you share when you order.
FashionBazar (“we”) runs an online fashion and accessories store at fashion.v-architect.tech, serving Karachi, Pakistan. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it. We have deliberately kept it to what actually happens.
We collect information only when you contact us to place an order. That is:
We do not ask for and do not want your CNIC, bank details or card numbers. Because every order is Cash on Delivery, we never handle payment information at all. Browsing this website does not require an account and we do not ask you to register.
Your details are used to process your order, to hand the delivery over to the rider, and to contact you about that order — confirming the item, arranging a delivery time, or following up if something needs to be exchanged. We may keep a record of past orders so that a repeat or a return is easier to sort out.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone. The only party we pass it to is the delivery rider or courier carrying your parcel, who needs your name, phone number and address to reach you. Beyond that, we share information only if we are required to by law.
We use WhatsApp as our main way of talking to customers. Messages between you and us are handled by WhatsApp under their own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, you can call the same number instead.
Order records are kept only as long as they are useful for after-sales support. They sit with our own team and are not published anywhere on this website.
You can ask us to delete your details at any time. Message +92 328 9213374 on WhatsApp with the name and number you ordered under, and we will remove your record and confirm once it is done.
If how we handle information changes, we will update this page and the date below.
